Eon Solace, 2013, was the third short film directed by Rachael Linton. Created in collaboration with sound engineer Rowan Sterk while Linton produced and edited all the visuals. The piece explores the physical and psychological effects of colour, light and sound vibration and how they may be used as a means of therapy through film. Together they created a healing film their audiences walked out of feeling like they have taken a journey to bring back memories of a distant metaphysical realm. The film was created to be viewed in a 360° immersive environment and toured with the Soul Dome 360° Cinema to UK festivals including the Phoenix Fayre, Brighton Digital Festival, and Mind Body Spirit Festival London.
