Shipping for overseas orders can be found by adding items to your cart and visiting the checkout. We regularly ship internationally to the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.

Processing time:

Orders are normally processed within 5 working days and are dispatched from our studio in New Zealand via domestic post or international DHL Express service.

Returns & Exchanges:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, we are pleased to offer a full refund or exchange for goods returned in their original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. Please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process, and ensure the goods are returned within 14 days. However, please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items that have been specially made to a custom order or altered to meet specific customer requirements.

All packaging has been made from recycled materials and is biodegradable.
The gold we use is certified from conflict free zones and is as ethical as we can source.
